The Seniority list is drawn based on the issue of fixing seniority of Assistants who have brought from General Cadre to F&A and S&P Cadres and the present list supersedes the earlier lists.

Last date for representation against any anomaly, omission, discrepancies is 27/10/2008 at CSIR.

Borrowing of Officers in Gen, F&A, S&P Cadres

CSIR vide circular No.5-1(26)-2008-PD dt.04/09/2008 (Sl.Circular No. ) has amended/inserted a clause in the CSIR Administrative Services (Recruitment & Promotion Rules), 1982 as below:

An association for Stores & Purchase (cadre based) is exist in CSIR which only enrols common cadre officers belong to S&P i.e. from Section Officer and above. Very recently CSIR has streamlined the cadres of Admn. viz.General Administration, Finance & Accounts, Stores & Purchase, and Stenographers. Since full fledged Cadarisation has been done, the need for inclusion of all the cadre people (Asst Gr.III, Gr.II, Gr.I) is inevitable.

Before approaching the Office Bearers of the S&P Association, it is open for discussion among the cadre persons about the pros & cons. Any comment/suggestion on this.
