As you may watch that for the last 4 months there is no new postings in this blog due to some personal reasons. I extremely feel sorry for not updating the blog. Well. During these times, there are many developments in CSIR more particularly in Admn. system like cadre restructuring, Nautical database, etc. All these developments are already made known to all. From now onwards, I resume back for updation of this blog and I sincerely hope that all of you will contineously extend your support.
